The challenge behind my Future Proof Challenge

The challenge behind my Future Proof Challenge

As someone who has spent years working with corporations on change and innovation, I'm in the midst of an unexpected pivot. Today, I want to share why I'm launching something that might seem unusual for a B2B consultant: a personal development challenge in Spanish. (The Future Proof Challenge: https://nas.io/future-proof-change-masters/challenges/future-proof)

Working with organizations, I've observed something crucial: change isn't just about systems or processes. It's deeply personal. While companies can provide tools and frameworks, true transformation happens at the individual level.

This realization hit home when I noticed that the most successful transformations weren't just about having the right strategy – they were about having people who could adapt and thrive amid uncertainty.

Breaking Out of the Box

For years, I've delivered corporate keynotes and workshops, helping companies navigate change and unlock innovation. I’ve shared this work on social media in English. It's been comfortable, profitable, and aligned with market expectations. So why change?

Because change itself doesn't differentiate between org charts or language barriers. The need to adapt and grow is universal and fundamentally human. I wanted to make change accessible to all.

The Uncomfortable Truth About Comfort Zones

Creating the Future Proof Challenge and producing all its promotional content for direct B2C consumers in Spanish feels a bit strange and confusing. Most of my career, I've worked with big corporations and in English. Yet I know that a lot of my network is made of native Spanish speaking individuals. So for the first time, I want to connect with them more directly. Of course, as I venture beyond what I’ve always done, I feel quite uncomfortable. The irony isn't lost on me: here I am, teaching changeability while adapting my own business and stepping into new territory.

But isn't that exactly what we need to do in today's world? Practice what we preach?

This is first and foremost about following my purpose of unlocking people’s potential but it's also strategic:

- It allows me to impact more lives directly

- It creates a broader platform for change

- It aligns my business with my belief that all humans deserve the tools to thrive through change

Building Change Masters, One Person at a Time

My mission is evolving to go from just helping organizations manage change to also empowering individuals to master it. Because when individuals become adaptable, organizations naturally follow.

The Future Proof Challenge is my way of democratizing change management. It's taking what I've learned with executive leadership teams, and making it accessible to everyone who wants to develop their changeability.

What's Next?

The Challenge is currently available in Spanish, with an English version coming soon. It's a 12-day journey to develop your adaptability muscle.? Each day includes a pre-recorded video of that you can watch at your own pace, paired with practical exercises oriented to immediate action and results. No fluff, just practical tools to help you thrive in change. All that in just 12 minutes a day.

If you speak Spanish or know someone who does, I invite you to join us, we will start March 3rd.?->.https://nas.io/future-proof-change-masters/challenges/future-proof

If you're waiting for the English version, stay tuned – it's coming.

Sometimes the most strategic moves feel the most uncomfortable. But as I often tell my clients: that discomfort you're feeling? It's the leading indicator of growth.

I'm taking a dose of my own medicine, stepping out of my comfort zone, and inviting you to do the same. Because in a world of constant change, the ability to adapt isn't just a nice-to-have – it's essential.

Ready to develop your adaptability?
