8 年We can give king size rooms but to keep total area of unit under control we hv to reduce nos. of rooms. This will reduce the cost of structure as well as less mep cost. Further occupant can enjoy more comfort

8 年Precise planning with value engineering at macro as well as micro level in all phases of projects is the basic key to cut down the cost but at the same time giving customer a good product shall be prime focus.
