The Challanges posed in front of Narendra Modi to fight against corruption ? Part-I

Narendra Modi fight against 1st evil i.e. corruption ? ( This article shall be a long one please)

My dear Friends, refer my post produced below( This topic is covered in details at my Newsletter shortly so it may please be considered as Part-1).It is indeed a tipping point and now it needs to be fought as of now or never in finality and the way what come in front must be dealt with making strickest of laws, provisioning or resourcing of fast courts and a strong political will that exists today. The people's will is already there with Modi ji as they gave him decisive majority twice in 2014 & again the bigger one in 2019 and they will do in 2024 also with the biggest majority ever. It is indeed a big challange rather most difficult one for Narendra Modi ji to eradicate corruption from the pious soil of Bharat but not difficult also as he has already implimented many transformational development changes and a lot against corruption also. The roots of corruption are very deep starting from the time of independence till now though a great amount of check / control has been inflicted specially stopping corruption completely at top level since 2014 when Narendra Modi took over as the Honble Prime Minister of India. It is indeed a big accomplishment for him and the governance model put by him in place and they way he has created a team of competent ministers and buerocrates and other employees of GoI as a team who have contributed in this significant success. But it is only 40% battle won so far in my estimates and 60% remains yet to be fought to erradicate or to bring it a minimum lavel. The multilayered corruption matrix that exists in India has challanging components that was nurished over 60 years that formed a fertile eco-system that was supported mainly by one family / one party regime that ruled India for so long as the governments supported corruption by implimenting policies in support. So, crony capatilism existed for so long. The multilayered corruption components are :

1. The Political Corruption-the most deep rooted

2. The Beurocratic Corruption-the most deep rooted

3. Other stake holders as willing party in corruption-those who support corruption as auditors, CAs, Directors, Independent Directors, Lawyers & Lawfirms and government employees in all the departments

4. The police & judiciary corruption

5. The mega Banking frauds and the day light bank loots that turned in to huge amount of NPAs

6. The unethical Business Practices involving corruption, forming shell companies

7. The Social Corruption as we started beliving in corruption and young generations picked the practices of elder generations

8. The foregin hands in corruption in India through funding to media, NGOs, conversions, drug syndicates, nexalite activities and human traficking

9.The corruption in education, leaking question papers of competetive exams and black money involved in private universities & hospitals and also especially in real state sector

10.The corruption in getting jobs and it is most henious as devoid jobs to deservings and competents

Let's amplify each one of above listed components:

1. The political corruption is the starting point or origin of the corruption in India and it was from top to bottom to start with and then it spreaded from Centreal Government to the State Governments & UTs and then in all the government PSUs / Departments / Services / Institutions and social schemes. Even today 46 % politicians belonging to different parties in Parliament are having criminal back grounds and many are involved in having disappropriate assets in comparision to their income and they are involved under PMLA or in a criminal act that is also associated with corruption as root cause. So, to stop it many big steps are needed such as going for Judical reforms, setting up Fast Track Courts and making laws so that each & every case is over with in a year in a court. Then by bringing electoral reforms and change in Peoples representation Act, so, that such people are not given tickets by the political parties and not looking at a rule that if a person is not convicted for an imprisioment of 2 years or more. I shall cover this topic at my news letter in details shortly. So, to end political corruption is biggest challange in front of Modi ji and India cant become a Self-reliant nation in ture sense if its politicians are not clean in all the aspects. Not only me but every one knows that winning elections in democracy is most important as to remain in power so that you could do some thing good for your nation and people. So, this political compulsion could be over come systematically and if Indians vote for Modi ji so that he / his party wins by more than two-third majority in Lok Sabha Election being held in Apr - May 2024 and I am sure that people are going to do it as trhey have already decided so that Narendra Modi is to fight corruption to its eradication addressing all the root causes of the same.
