Chakra Activation: Heal Stuck Emotions and Find Freedom!

Are you tired of the continued cycle of overthinking and hurting yourself in your mind? Do you find yourself replaying past events and feeling stuck?

I used to be like that. If I did something I was not proud of, I would keep balming myself for days, sometimes even longer. Especially in relationships, I would agonize over why I said or did certain things, why I got jealous, and why I couldn't be a better version of myself.

Stuck emotions can really mess up your life!?

Imagine breaking free from these destructive habits and creating a spiritual relationship with yourself.?

In this article, you will discover how to stop self-torture and heal your pain body from the inside. Youtube is packed with good advice of how to meditate and visualize to fix our chaotic inner self. But few of us can actually do that. That is why there are techniques we can use.

Chakra activation are ancient techniques designed for those of us who are unable to overcome our chaotic minds. That is why you should start interesting yoruself in the techniques of chakra activation: classical tantra, kundalini yoga.?

This article discusses techniques to heal from past hurts, achieve balance, and create a life of freedom and love.

Stuck emotions can really mess up your life!?

So why do we keep doing it to ourselves in our own minds? If we get caught up in negative cycles in our minds, it can be really hard to break them. When that happens, our emotions get stuck, which is very harmful as it prevents us from living freely. We get stuck in past events, making us unable to be who we want to be. This is also a main cause of depression and anxiety.

What is Your Pain Body?

Your pain body is the sum of stuck emotions that you carry inside. Most of us carry these stuck emotions. While we often speak of negative and positive emotions, classical tantra views all stuck emotions as unhealthy. Even the most beautiful moment, such as a romantic experience with someone you loved, can become stuck in our body and mind. This can negatively impact our entire lives by preventing us from living in the present moment.

Every thought leaves a physical imprint on the body-mind connection. For many of us, our mental welbeing is shaped by past experiences we find hurtful or painful. Someone may have done something that made us feel down, less worthy, unsafe, or unlovable. It could be a well-meaning statement by a parent with the wrong effect, heartbreak, threats, or physical violence. This is the first arrow.?

The next arrow is the one we shoot ourselves when we hurt ourselves again by repeating the experience in our mind. The third arrow is the one we keep shooting at ourselves over and over again. I call this self-torture to my clients. This easily becomes ingrained in our subconscious mind. You become stuck.?

The outcomes of the arrows we shoot at ourselves can be numerous. They can affect the physical body in the form of headaches, migraines, backaches, and more serious physical ailments such as disc prolapse or cardiovascular conditions. Or they can manifest as mental instabilities such as depression, anxiety, or ADHD.

Healing Your Pain Body ?

Yoga has numerous methods to heal from past hurts, achieve balance, and create a life of freedom and love.

If you trust what they say on YouTube, there are currently two answers: Meditate and Visualize. And I'm not saying these are not great techniques. But how do you get there? What if you're not ready? There may be many reasons why.

Why Meditation is So Difficult?

Have you ever tried meditating and nothing happened apart from you feeling frustrated in the process? Don’t worry. Most of us have. In fact, research shows that meditation is not necessarily good for everyone. Meditation can amplify your everyday problems without providing any solution. If you're not in the right place, meditation can even cause anxiety and contribute to depression. Reaching a deep state of meditation is very difficult for us ordinary people who do not have the time or patience to seclude ourselves from the outside world. And the harder we try, the harder it is for us to get there.

Chakra Activation: The Gateway to Meditation

Activating our chakras helps us reach deeper states of meditation. Classical tantra and kundalini yoga are sublime techniques because they allow ordinary householders to reach the higher state of meditation (Samadhi or Bhairava). These lineages have an almost infinite number of techniques to help you do just that.?

I've seen it happen often in my kundalini yoga and tantra yoga retreats. My students focus on doing the technique rather than trying to reach a deeper state of meditation. In the beginning, it may just be for a few seconds or a minute, but slowly, with consistent practice, it increases.

Once, a photographer attended a Kundalini Yoga retreat at my place. He was signed up for a Vipassana retreat and wanted to prepare at my retreat. After his retreat, he returned and told me he couldn't have done it without the preparation at my retreat. Daily practice of sun salutation, pranayamas, and Kundalini yoga kriyas taught him to meditate and prepared him mentally and physically.

Visualization

Kundalini Yoga operates with the idea that if you are in the anahata chakra (the heart chakra), your wishes will all come true. However, very few of us are in the heart chakra because it takes years to get there. Most of us are not ready to visualize to the extent that we can recreate our future. Our brain tends to keep us stuck in past emotions. Even after a life-changing visualization retreat, we may revert to old patterns once back in our everyday life.

Release your Stuck Emotions and then Visualize!

To visualize, you need to be in control of your pain body (the collection of stuck emotions you carry). To be free from past pain, I recommend emotional release techniques. I specialize in helping people release stuck emotions through coaching in a three-step method:

  1. Emotional Release: In emotional release therapy, you release stuck emotions, conscious or subconscious, that pull you down. We write down your stuck emotions and burn them or throw them into the sea (very literally).
  2. Visualize Yourself in a New Way: We identify all the positive elements that make up your authentic self, contrary to your current feelings.
  3. Deep Trance Guided Meditation: This helps release stuck emotions and helps you be your beautiful and authentic self.

If you release your stuck emotions and practice chakra yoga daily, your quality of life will improve. You will find more balance and be free to be who you are without the pain of the past.

Emotional release made the biggest change in my life. It allowed me to act freely from my past hurt and finally become the person I wanted to be.

Summing Up: How to Stop the Self-Torture

The idea that you can change your life from one day to the next by meditating and visualizing is very compelling. But the reason most of us don’t do it is that it’s so hard to get there. Most of us need to begin with an everyday practice of chakra yoga to get there.

I suggest you start by using yoga to enter a flow state. For some, practicing sun salutation in a meditative flow is a great start. For others, kundalini kriya meditation may be a way to enter the flow state. From there, it’s not as far to go into a meditative state as you think.

Moving forward in your life

My advice for those who want to stop destructive habits of self-torture is to first release stuck emotions. When you are free from the hurt of the past, you can meet the world in a new way, making it easier to enter into a meditative state. Then, prepare yourself for meditation and visualization with the practice of time-tested yoga techniques. I recommend yin, hatha, tantra, and kundalini yoga for deeper results.

It's time to stop the self-torture and start living the life you wish for!
