The introduction of CGH’s JET-A1 tank.

At CGH Group, our team has extensive experience in manufacturing various types of JET-A1 and Avgas tanks. Allow us to introduce our JET A1 tank with a cabinet containing pumping equipment. To eliminate the presence of water, our fuel tank was designed with a 3% slope, facilitating the downward flow of water towards the lowest point of the tank. For enhanced safety, the tank is equipped with a floating suction pipe, significantly reducing the likelihood of water intake. The operating temperature ranges from -20?°C to +50?°C.

The tank is double-walled, with a capacity of 30 m3, a diameter of 2.5 m, and a length of 6.8 m, including the cabinet for equipment and pumps. It is constructed using S235JR steel, complying with the EN12285-2 Class A norm to ensure the highest quality standards. Additionally, the tank's interior is epoxy-coated to prevent corrosion, as epoxy coating is reliable and suitable for aviation purposes.
