Current Events

We've been as active as ever across the month, attending events within some of our core sectors. Exhibiting at conferences is a fantastic way for our Business Development Managers to share their industry knowledge, and showcase our range of communication solutions.

We were able to exhibit at significant events including IRRV Annual and Best Practice Show Birmingham during October - a great chance to meet fellow exhibitors and attendees. Don't forget to tag us in pictures with your #CFHSapling!

Sporting Sponsorship

October saw us announce our sponsorship of the Midsomer Norton Under-14 Girls Football Team, and we're incredibly proud to be supporting the girls throughout the season.

Training only began last summer, but the squad are already a force to be reckoned with. Inspired by the success of The Lionesses during the 2023 World Cup, the girls have recorded an 8-0 win already this year, starting the season off strong ?

Celebrating World Post Day

World Post Day fell on Wednesday the 9th of October this year, and we decided to keep track of our daily mail output to celebrate the occasion. The international day links back to the start of the global communications revolution, and reminds us of the power that post holds to this very day ??

Not even accounting for the figures from our busy Livingston site, we sent out a grand total of 105,000 postal communications throughout the course of #WorldPostDay - not too shabby at all.

Support Team Success

We love highlighting the collective achievements of our teams, and Docmail Support had a September to remember. Ensuring our clients were well supported, with their queries answered and all issues resolved, the team retained a 99.9% resolution success rate for support tickets raised across the month ??

Community Healthcare Case Study

Our latest health sector case study saw community healthcare client LLR Patient Care Locally direct plenty of praise our way, with Serena Schofield and Verity Capel highlighted for their outstanding support ??

For over 15 years we have worked closely with health sector clients in the delivery of patient communications, working with organisations across the UK to deliver messaging in a way that alleviates common challenges.
