CFD Simulation of Pharmaceutical Industry Clean Room

Air quality is essential aspect of designing of Pharmaceutical Industry's Clean Rooms.

This project was performed in 2016, for one the most famous Iranian Pharmaceutical Industry to investigate important quality measures of circulating air.

These key parameters are mainly

1-Temepeature 2-Humidity 3-Freshness (Residence Time)

ANSYS FLEUNT was used to simulate Turbulent Flow with Heat Transfer, Gravity Driven Buoyant Flow and Species Transport of Humidity.

Final temperature Dead Band of Such Systems Control System is 0.5 C, so simulation precision is so important and very fine mesh beside SST Turbulent flow was used.
