A Certificate Program Specifically for Internal Change Agents!

Some of you may be aware that I've been delivering a certificate program in OD and Change Leadership for the Peter Drucker Graduate School for nearly 5 years. The program was originally designed for both internal and external change consultants.

After talking with some participants, I've decided to create two distinct versions, one for internal practitioners and another for external change agents. The content and support materials of this new program have been significantly modified to better address the issues faced by internals. I think it is especially beneficial for HR, OD, I-O professionals working inside organizations.
