I see that these findings emphasize that burnout is real and remains a critical obstacle, which kind of undermines organizations’ missions. Even with stable financials and some funders that take steps to ease some processes, the difficulty and timeliness to tackle wellness and sustainability can be a challenge. Intermediary funders often show promise in communication, sometimes it seen still be diffusing to obtain flexible and unrestricted funding.
