CEOs Need to Decide Whether ChatGPT is a Flash in the Pan or Not

“Haven’t we seen this story before with the metaverse, blockchain, crypto, RFID, etc.?”
ChatGPT?is?different than previous (potentially) disruptive technologies because of its extensive availability, ROI immediacy, and super easy-to-use interface.
Moreover, super human AI capabilities have improved dramatically and will continue to so.
Let’s look at two areas of concern for CEOs: product discovery and employee productivity
Product discovery via Google Search/SEO and specialized websites is one of many areas that will change because of Large Language Models (LLM), like ChatGPT. Compare the same search term in Google and ChatGPT.
What does LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) look like compared to tradition Search Engine Optimization (SEO)??
We are entering a world with?new starting search positions?(stand-alone LLM or LLM within an application) and?new search results engines?(LLMs). Google will ensure that Google Bard’s results are mostly consistent with its paid rankings in Google Search, but what about Microsoft’s BingAI, OpenAI’ ChatGPT and the dozens of other LLMs flooding the market?
What is the impact to my company if 10% of product search changes? What if 30% change?
Employee productivity increases by 10% cross departments with ChatGPT or LLM within Office/Google Workspace.
