An expert in digital marketing is not only an actor but also has to propose solutions at a strategic level. Among the work carried out by an expert in digital marketing is defining the target audience to which the campaigns that are carried out will be directed, even defining the buyer, a detailed profile of what the ideal buyer of the company is like.

This type of work allows the entire company to be properly oriented to the digital field. If the company does not have a professional digital marketing expert, all the steps taken will be false, since it must be done in a coordinated and strategic way.

The digital marketing strategy tries to put all the elements of the company in common, product, staff, services, to define a path in the digital field that allows to value everything it has, channel it through specific campaigns that reach the target audience and then analyze the generated results to continually improve.

Increase brand awareness, promote company products or services, and increase conversions. Unlike using more traditional marketing channels, digital marketers communicate effectively through appropriate technology platforms.

Digital transformation must be lived in the company as a process in which people are the protagonists of each step towards change. The group of people that make up the entity and each agent or interest group with which it is related, such as clients, other companies, public administrations, NGOs, and society in general, which constitute its ecosystem.

There is no doubt that our world is democratizing and the person and their talent are at the center. Today it seems necessary for the CEO to be a visible figure in the company, with names and surnames; in order to maintain direct communication with your potential clients, and your team, maintaining close and effective communication. Today's society demands a more credible and humane type of company, which takes more account of the social relations between its members, which values its human value and the ability of its staff to communicate with the outside world, under corporate principles. All this is closely related to the development of Corporate Social Responsibility, which in many companies works in this sense.
