CEO’s & HR, your talents are at higher risk in Q4...

Unless I am mistaken, Q4 usually comes with higher attrition risk and hope of a brighter future for talents outside our organizations

Why? Decision makers are back from reenergizing summer break. Upcoming operational & staffing plans, upcoming year’s budget... are being finalized, if not yet approved. In one word, competition is silently getting ready to tackle its next challenges. Guess what is missing: just your key people!!!

Isnt' Q4 the right time to think again if you have the right retention strategy in place?

great to see those comments. Talent is a real value for any company. Talent conducts the process to achieve or reach the target. Talent is used as a tool in any process. why sometimes decision maker fights vs their boody?
