A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of speaking with Neil Bruce, President and CEO of SNC-Lavalin, on The CEO Series.

SNC-Lavalin is a huge engineering and construction company operating around the world. Neil has over 30 years of experience working in oil and gas, mining, energy and infrastructure.

We talked about how to strategically handle cyclical industries, how he communicates his vision across a massive organization, and what SNC-Lavalin is doing about the environment and climate change.
