I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Mohammed Ashour on The CEO Series on CJAD. Mohammed is the co-founder and CEO of Aspire, a company with a vision to alleviate global food insecurity. It is a global leader in the edible insect movement -- you read right, edible insects!
Mohammed led a team of five students from McGill University to launch Aspire as part of the Hult Prize in 2013. Aspire was awarded the prize, which is dubbed the 'Nobel Prize for Business'. A great honour!
