A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of interviewing Andrew Torriani on The CEO Series. Andrew is the CEO and General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Montreal, a historic and prestigious hotel. Andrew grew up in hospitality; his father was one of the most renowned hoteliers in South Africa. He previously served as Senior Director of HR at Air Canada. Andrew earned a business degree from McGill University and a mathematics degree from Queen’s University.
