While there are certainly exceptions, marketing & sales leaders are not historically known for their analytical prowess, and even those with analytical minds often don't have the bandwidth to be part-time analysts along with running revenue. That's why FP&A folks and GTM/RevOps analysts are great assets to revenue leaders in modeling, planning, and turning data into actionable insights. This is a natural way most companies can improve the partnership between finance and GTM. Really enjoyed the conversation Paul Barnhurst. Thanks for having me on FP&A Today!
