CEO Letter: Reflecting on 2024 and Charting Our Path for 2025
Following three years of sustained profitability, the new year felt like a fitting moment to celebrate VectorCare’s achievements, share our vision for 2025, and consider how governmental changes may influence our industry. This inaugural CEO letter reflects on our 2024 journey and charts the path ahead for the opportunities and challenges before us.
2024: A Year of Milestones and Innovation
Last year was a remarkable one for VectorCare. From a product development perspective, we delivered an unprecedented number of releases, demonstrating our team’s ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions and raise industry standards. Our efforts in automation tools and the foundational framework for AI agents set the stage for transformative changes in patient logistics.
Amidst 40% user growth and expansion into new markets like the Mid-Atlantic region and Georgia, our platform demonstrated exceptional reliability and scalability as it rose to meet demand. In 2024, VectorCare generated an average of 3.23 requests per minute to our network of contracted partners, resulting in over 1.7 million broadcasts with a contract value exceeding $570 million. The real test came during peak times, with hundreds of requests being sent out per minute – a testament to VectorCare’s ability to support the complex and time-sensitive demands of NEMT and non-emergency ambulance transport across all service levels.
These numbers are impressive, but the real value lies in the impact on three key areas of healthcare delivery:
This is why we do what we do. These outcomes and the sustained positive impact in these areas drive us to keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible in patient logistics.
Building Momentum for 2025 and Beyond
This year, we will continue to grow into new markets and accelerate our advancements in automation and AI. The mission is simple: to further reduce administrative burdens and enable healthcare professionals to focus on what they do best – providing quality patient care.

Navigating Political and Market Dynamics
The continually evolving nature of the political landscape presents both uncertainty and opportunity, making it challenging to predict the precise impact of policy changes on patient logistics. I am by no means a political expert, but we do anticipate a ripple effect as governments strive for greater efficiency and cost savings. Changes in how funds are distributed by CMS, for instance, and similar entities will most certainly drive innovation in patient care coordination.
The traditional transfer center model exemplifies transformation driven by necessity. To stay relevant, these centers must evolve beyond transportation management to coordinate the full continuum of care without increasing overhead. This includes services like home health, durable medical equipment (DME), and meal delivery – all capabilities that VectorCare excels at. Several large enterprise clients are already embracing this shift, and we expect the trend to accelerate in 2025.
Gratitude and Optimism
To conclude, I am deeply inspired by our team’s achievements. Our collective efforts have had a tangible impact on healthcare, from reducing administrative burdens to improving patient outcomes. As we look to 2025, I am filled with both optimism about the opportunities ahead and confidence in our ability to continue driving meaningful change.
Here’s to a year of bold innovation, significant growth, and elevating patient care. Thank you to our team, partners, and clients for your trust and collaboration. Let’s make 2025 our best year yet.
Sincerely,
David
