2 年This is the most accurate description of what leadership should be, the combination is beyond most businesses, you will find it’s natural in some people ? However in my experience most businesses don’t have the correct combination of talent to run the business properly and that’s why some people suffer in the workplace? It is a privilege to lead people however some part of human nature thinks it’s a right? and on that ignorance do we have the building blocks to go the wrong way?
