CEO Corner: Proof in the Pudding
Launch My Health
On a mission to simplify healthcare by supporting your body’s innate ability to heal itself. Your health, your way.
Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of meeting countless individuals through networking and sharing more about my business, Launch My Health. There has been a common theme among all my conversations:?amazement at the outcomes and engagement we achieve with our nutrition and culinary solutions.
I'll be honest; starting a business is a nail-biter. The uncertainty of whether your concept will resonate with the market can be daunting. However, I'm incredibly grateful for the businesses that took the risk of working with us, not fully knowing what our capabilities were or what we could deliver.
Today, I can confidently say the proof is in the pudding. Launch My Health now proudly serves 70 clients and continues to grow. Here are some of our key achievements:
The concept of "food as medicine" isn't just a trend; it's here to stay. Our collective well-being is intricately tied to what we eat, and we're living proof of that.
I am also proud of what we don't do at Launch My Health:
· We don't have diagnosis-based programs.
· We don't shame or blame people for their health issues.
· We don't put people in a box with cookie-cutter programs.
· We don't have stale or outdated content.
· We don't fudge our numbers.
These principles have guided us in creating authentic, effective, and personalized solutions that truly make a difference.
I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and excited about the future. Thank you to all who have supported us, taken risks alongside us, and believed in the power of nutrition and culinary education. Together, we’re proving that we truly are what we eat, and that’s a recipe for success.
Here’s to continued growth and making a lasting impact through the power of food! If you want to see results like this for your company, set a time to chat with me here.

Being one of the only certified businesses in our industry, we are honored to hold this prestigious certification. It not only highlights our commitment to excellence but also our dedication to fostering partnerships that drive economic growth and innovation.
Over the past year, we've connected with so many inspiring women-owned businesses, and we look forward to continuing to lead the charge, creating more opportunities, and empowering each other.
Thank you for your continued support and belief in our mission.
Check out this fun fact from The CEO Magazine:
"Only eight percent of CEO positions in the S&P 500 are held by women, and yet they represent more than 50 percent of the United States’ population. In contrast, men named John represent only 3.27 percent of the United States’ population, and until recently, had greater representation than women among S&P 500 CEOs."
It's clear that we've made progress with women in leadership positions, but there's still a long way to go in closing the gap. We are extremely proud to be a certified Woman Owned Business by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). We will continue to raise our voice and work in companionship with other woman-owned businesses, and continue to support women in leadership positions.
