CEO Apprentice Program Gets A Taste Of Innovation At Uganda Breweries

In today's marketplace, it's imperative for businesses to stay ahead of the curve by embracing new ideas, technologies and approaches. At Uganda Breweries, we are committed to fostering innovation that encourages our employees to be bold, think creatively and challenge the status quo. This combined with teamwork and?a progressive culture is what helps keep us on top. I was delighted to see the members of this Cohort get an appreciation for the intricate processes that deliver the diverse brands that our consumers love.

On a personal level, my career has always been driven by a passion for innovation from my time as a sales clerk in the pharmaceutical company to now leading one of the most innovative companies in Uganda.

I have had the privilege of navigating various industries and roles where I've learned firsthand the value of continuous learning, adaptability and a relentless pursuit of excellence. I believe that these qualities, combined with focus and determination are the key to success.

I am glad for the experiences and exposure that helped me up to where I am today and I hope this Cohort of the CEO Apprenticeship Program found value in visiting Uganda Breweries and interacting with my team here.
