Centrica and Push Power deliver Bespoke Roof-Mounted Solar PV for David Lloyd Leisure

November 5, 2024 –?Centrica Business Solutions is close to completing the installation of roof-mounted PV systems across ten David Lloyd Clubs in the UK, alongside leading solar PV provider Push Power.

The first tranche of projects for David Lloyd Clubs includes installations at the company’s clubs in Basildon, Solihull, Southampton, Birmingham, Hull, Cardiff, Cambridge, Dartford, West Bridgford and Manchester, with scope to develop more sites as the partnership progresses.?

Centrica Business Solutions has contracted Push Power to install bespoke-designed roof systems including flat, domed and trapezoidal structures, ranging from 708-panel, 300kWp (Manchester) to 1485-panel, 631kWp (Cambridge). SolarEdge Technologies equipment was utilised for the inverters and optimisers, with JA Solar for the panels at all sites. Along with Mounting Rail systems from K2 Systems GmbH and Van der Valk Solar Systems International .

Based in Colchester, Push Power is the UK’s leading provider of commercial roof-top and utility scale, ground-mounted solar PV installations. With an in-house team of designers, project operators and technical engineers, the company manages projects from concept, energy review, landlord engagement, DNO development and planning through to detailed design and installation.
