Central Processing Unit
Don’t expect a computer to run code unless you instruct him to do so. Inevitably, as most machines, they do what they are told. That is perhaps why people call them dummies. Basic operations of a computer will form what is known as the computer’s instructions set. To solve a problem using a computer, we must provide a solution by sending instructions. A computer program sends the requested instructions to solve a specific problem. The approach or method is known as an algorithm. The CPU or Central Processing Unit does most of the computing work in such case. This is where the instructions are executed. We can effectively call it the brain of a computer.
