Today I’m bringing you a quick overview of our Central Ohio real estate market. We only have about one month’s worth of inventory, and homes are staying on the market for 11 days on average. Our average sale price right now is about $259,000, and houses are selling at or above list price. We’re still in a fairly aggressive seller’s market.
