The role of Healthcare Recruiter plays a vital role in the operational viability of our organization. As the face of the company to each clinician, this role is an advocate and representative for Central Health Management, Inc. with clinicians throughout the country. The pace of the work is moderate to fast-paced and requires a strong attention to detail and adherence to the process. The Clinical Recruiter exhibits a positive attitude and outlook in every interaction both internally and externally to the organization.
- Obtain a full understanding of the requirements of every clinical position for each requisition, including role responsibilities, schedule, compensation, reporting structure and timeline.?
- Openly source and identify clinicians who align their objectives with our open opportunities. Seek clinicians for current and future roles.?
- Input each requisition into the Applicant Tracking System, Manatal, and post the positions accordingly to relevant job boards.
- Respond within 24 hours to every applicant and every clinician inquiry.
- Review and verify the licensure of each clinician to ensure no disciplinary action is noted on the license and the clinician meets the required licensure for the state or states in which they will practice.
- Conduct an initial interview to assess the viability of the clinician in relation to the requirements of the opportunity and what is most important for the clinician.
- Attend and contribute to company meetings. Sharing new insights and presenting ideas.
- Communicate in a timely manner with your supervisor for Clinical staff who are a good match to the opportunity.
- Follow up with the Clinician to inform of next steps in the process, including providing documentation and client interviews. Provide realistic timelines and prepare clinicians for all meetings.
- Gather required documentation and attach to the Clinician's profile in Manatal and in the HR Dashboard.
- Strong written and oral communication. Ability to speak with individuals at every level within an organization.
- Able to work across the time zones and arrange calls/meetings appropriately.
- Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new information and form factual conclusions.
- Responsiveness, Courteous, and Helpful.
- Working knowledge of general medical/healthcare terminology.
- Highly organized and possess a key attention to detail.
- Able to present via phone, text, or in person information to enhance a clinicians decision-making process.
- Gathering documentation and adhering to onboarding and credentialing procedures
- Ability to work with confidential information and adhere to HIPAA compliant regulations
