Celebrating a Year of Growth and Achievement!

This past year has been nothing short of remarkable! We had the privilege of connecting with 734 partner collaborators during our training sessions, marking a substantial 22% increase compared to the previous fiscal year.

In addition, we're proud to announce the activation of 7 mentoring programs, driving the rapid development of X3 expertise across various domains such as distribution and finance. This initiative resulted in an impressive 65 days of mentorship. And the journey continues as we look forward to expanding these opportunities for our valued partners.

Our "New Feature Highlights" event was also a resounding success, with 1100 participants joining us, marking a notable 15% growth from the previous year. This event has firmly established itself as a must-attend gathering for our community.

Furthermore, we're pleased to offer these sessions in three languages: French, English, and Spanish, ensuring global accessibility for all.

Congratulations to everyone for their contributions to these outstanding achievements. We're excited to carry this momentum forward into the future, empowering our community to reach new heights!

Expanding Internationally

It is clear that we are part of an international team, however this FY23 we have set the momentum to be able to support? as many partners as we can all around the world.

In FY23, we have conducted Partner round tables with Portugal, UK, US, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and a Global one that will be a recurring event in our new fiscal year. As a result, we were able to conduct one to one meetings with some of the partners where we felt closer to them and understood better their needs and which initiatives would help them better in the future. Our ecosystem & the Central Center of Excellence are together in a worldwide tour of growth, where we may not collect airplane miles but we will go the extra mile with the customers.?

And now what? We will keep this momentum and have lots of plans for the upcoming year:

• Recurring Global round table involving partners in all the continents (aside Antartica :))
• On site bootcamps with the most sought after topics (back to the future!)
• Working even more closer to the Local CoE teams.
• More involvement in other Sage partner events

How we can help

Our aim in the Central Center of Excellence is to enable our partners and to allow them to excel. Directly, or through collaboration with our regional centers, we are always looking for new and innovative way to help. Our mentoring program allows us to help individuals or groups of consultants to achieve not only their own but their companies ambition faster. We are seen and proven results from this program and have a number of opportunities in the pipeline for the future. The flexibility of our program means we can adopt it to a wide variety of requirements.

As our partner channel matures the demand for some of our expert sessions on Sage University has reduced but as ever, we have adapted to this change and ensured we are running popular courses with targeted marketing. We are redesigned our portfolio into a clean fresh design which fully follows the new brand guidelines. We are actively promoting the on-demand sessions where we can work with partners or a group of partners designing a course around there exact needs, including their problems and requirements. A prime example of this is a US partner trying to implement configurator. We created a course which not only gave them a foundation in the functionality but also included workshops on their customers requirements. Leaving them in a much stronger place to implement the functionality.

As our market adapt and our partners adapt we will adapt and change to help them. ?

Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations

While we are in the early adopter phase in SDMO we are working directly on two projects in the UK and one project in France. This gives a huge opportunity not only to get a deeper understanding of the software but to also discover the best ways to implement it. This is all being fed back into the methodology and in conversations with our regional centers of excellence. This puts us in an excellent position to be able to support both the regions and partners when we move to the General Availability phase which is we are also fully involved in.

We are building closer relationships with R&D and requirements identified in the early adopter phase are being fed back and included in the software. Due to the rapid development cycle on SDMO this is happening very quickly.?

Unlocking a World of Possibilities with Sage X3 Weighing Module!

Exciting news for Q4 2023! We're laser-focused on the Sage X3 Weighing module:

Sage X3 is a leading management solution for mid-market companies for many years, with a focus on production and operations.In recent versions, Sage X3 has been strengthening its functional coverage with MES features (e.g., Mobile automation). This is in addition to a historical MES brick embedded in the software called the "Weighing module". Currently, 57 companies have chosen to implement this module, which is used in over 100 weighing booths.This module, which is primarily intended for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, was developed in collaboration with companies recognized for their expertise in the management and execution of operations in workshops (L'Oréal, Boiron, etc.).The Sage X3 Weighing module automates weighing and material distribution in workshops by connecting to weighing systems (hub + scales) in real time.

This module provides an intuitive and user-friendly user interface (touchscreen) to facilitate attribution, tracking, weighing, and distribution.The Sage X3 Weighing module provides the tools needed to ensure that timely required actions are taken to optimize and improve manufacturing operations. Its main mission is to drive compliance and deliver right first time by reducing errors with standard operating procedures, eliminating paper records, reducing material variability, and enhancing material traceability.

For several years, Sage X3 CCoE has had several employees with strong functional and business skills on this module. In 2023, Sage X3 CCoE's team was strengthened by the arrival of an employee with technical and development expertise. Thanks to this new skill and after an opportunity analysis, CCOEX decided to enrich its enablement offering (expertise, assistance, training) on this module.

This initiative quickly materialized in 2023 with a new sale of the weighing module to an existing customer with 3 weighing booths. Thanks to the new technical skills on this module, Sage went even further by developing new features in collaboration with the customer that were then integrated into the standard.Sage X3 CCoE has new ambitions for the "Weighing module” in FY24. We aim to provide new training and support contents for pre-sales, develop close relationships with the two leading weighing equipment manufacturers (METTLER et Minebea Intec), and share our expertise with partners who want to develop their skills on this module.
