Central Asian Women in Renewable Energy. OSCE_GWNET Graduation 2023

Twenty nine Central Asian bright middle career women has been selected in 2022 for the OSCE ExB Project on “Promoting women’s economic empowerment in the energy sector for energy security and sustainability in Central Asia”.

Mentorship

It was very useful journey together with other fellows and mentors. My mentor was Ms Katharina Krell . I am truly lucky to be perfectly matched and work with her. For about a year period, we have screened dozens of business models in waste management. Katharina has shown a dedication to guide me, sharing her precious experience and making my journey times more effective and straightforward. I learnt from her the benchmarks of being technological, ethical, ecological advanced. Not every technology is reducing harm for the environment, and not all practices are ecological clean...

Fellowship

Organisers of the programme GWNET: Global Women's Network for the Energy Transition and OSCE are very responsive professionals and personalities. During our trip to Austria, I saw how much dedication and commitment for our empowerment was invested by Christine Lins Irene Giner-Reichl Maria van Veldhuizen . All sight visits and personal meetings were helpful. Things may flow slow sometimes, but I always keep in the agenda possible perspectives I took away from Professional Study tour.

A special highlights and gratitude for Giulia Manconi Raquel Moya Martínez Emomali Mirzoev for connecting us and linking us with other girls from Central Asia.

Friendship

I was among few women from private sector leading own businesses in an engineering domain. And I do my best to keep our portfolio truly Clean, Green and Circular! It take efforts, sacrifise and timelaps, and I have benchmarks we agreed in our company values.

By the end of this programme I have a lot of colleagues and friends. And I love them all!

... several of them are planning to become Ministers ... it is not a secret nor joke anymore haha. I wish all of them a good luck!

Wrapping up, my professional goal by joining this programme is accomplished. I have joined a professional network, learning ongoing projects and working towards putting forward new ones.
