Center of Competence (CoC) Industrial Hydraulic Service established for Europe

It is a pleasure for me to hand over the certificate as Center of Competence (CoC) for Europe to the responsible management of the service site in Lohr / Germany.

The long-term target is to build up CoCs for industrial hydraulic services worldwide, which will then collaboratively manage other locations in their region.

We want to do this because nobody knows the market requirements and conditions of a region better than the region itself. With the collaborative management of a region by a site with outstanding performance (CoC), we are faster, more flexible, leaner and better than before – to continue being an unstoppable partner for our customers in the future when it really matters.

It is therefore a very special milestone, as the CoC Europe is the first of its kind, accelerating the effectiveness of the global strategy.

For the CoC Europe, this means taking the collaborative lead and networking even more closely with the locations within Europe. The next step will be to set up another CoC in a different region, which will take us to the next level of global strategy implementation.
