?The Tech Specs. Scope of supply and T.A. to be finalised with Yard. T.A. would be signed with the Yard for scope of supply and delivery. Owner responsibility to ensure the ODE package signed within the overall price of USD 6 Million. As most of the vendors are in China and the contract would be signed in RMB as such, the Yard would have an advantage of saving of 13% VAT in this cost.
