So yesterday was spent at the TAG conference.

Yet another conference, in a working life, that has meant attending far too many conferences.

But yesterday was different, and that wasn't just down to the tremendous suit that Mark Allen wore for part of the day.

I got to see Geoff Ramm speak.

We both actually live in the same city, he's been at events that I have attended, I've watched his videos on YouTube, but yesterday I got to see him in action.

So Mr Ramm was every bit as good, as I expected - World Class. His talk was about personalization, his son's railway trip to Berwick - I could share a similar kind of story on what happened when my son met Niall Quinn at the races and how small changes, can make big differences.

And then when I stayed with my mother last night, she gave me a business card that she had collected at the Bucks County Show and I immediately thought of Celebrity Service and how this is a business that I want to work with.
