Celebrity Interview: A Liberating Structures Menu

Welcome to the other Liberating Structures menu’s blog Celebrity Interview-A Liberating Structures Menu, concept is to invite a group of participants and a leader or expert, to know how expert or leader is approaching the challenges. Every participant has an equal opportunity to formulate a question to be asked to the celebrity. Participants can use 1–2–4-All to formulate the questions to be asked.

Process

Invite celebrity to deliver his speech or presentation(on challenges). Participants listen to the speech and note down the points and questions . Using 1–2–4-All generate the questions.

Step1, Interviewer introduces celebrity and topic to be discussed. 3 mins

Step2, Interviewer asks the questions to the celebrity. Question are quite similar to the participants questions.15–30 mins

Step3,Invite participants to generate the question in 1–2–4-All format and write it down on 3 by 5 inches cardjust to make it more efficient. 5–10 mins

Step4, Interviewer sifts the card, asking for addition questions. 5–10 mins

Step5, Interview close the discussion by tanking celebrity- 1 mins
