Celebrity Endorsements of Political Candidates
This presidential election was truly a fight between the far left-wing socialists of the Democratic party and the war they waged against the commonsense ideals and the founding principles that have made this country the greatest country in the world.
The far left-wing socialist democrats created division in our country with the introduction of DEI, men and boys playing on women and girls’ sports teams, the use of pronouns instead of someone’s given birth name and the opening of our southern border.
But it isn’t just the far left-wing socialist of the Democratic Party that should be held accountable. Any person, company or institution that bowed down to these divisive tactics instead of standing up to them is also culpable. This includes Republicans, our military leaders and heads of universities.

This leads me to the topic at hand which is celebrity endorsements of political candidates. The late great actor, Kirk Douglas, once said, “After all, you could say that actors “lie” for a living, always pretending to be someone they are not.” This pretty much sums up why you should never listen to celebrities and their endorsements, regardless of which political candidate they’re endorsing. But just as important is to remember who endorsed which political candidate and why they endorsed them. It was recently reported in the Washington Post that the Kamala Harris/Tim Walz campaign raised over $1 billion, and yet when the campaign finished, it was $20 million in the hole leaving campaign staffers and workers without pay once the election ended! One might ask how is that possible until you look at who they paid for endorsements. Only then can you realize how $1 billion was spent and who it was spent on.
Thank God this time around the American people could not be swayed by paid celebrities to vote for a candidate that never received a single vote in any election primary for president. Please keep in mind that many of the celebrities did have to work hard to get to where they are to today, but because they have become rich and elite, they have forgotten what it’s like to have to budget for food, gas, insurance, medication and housing. They live in ivory towers, flying around in their personal jets and have lost touch with the people who are the backbone of our country.
These celebrities have accumulated so much wealth that they are far removed from the hard rigors of everyday life that most Americans experience every minute of every day. I would like you to think about this the next time you rent a movie or go to a movie theater or buy tickets for a concert, your money is making them rich and funding their elite lifestyles. Finally, actors and entertainers are just that and thankfully, this election was not swayed by them.
