To Love and Beyond!

The month of love has been upon us for a couple of weeks now, and what an incredible month it has been thus far!

With amazing reviews and unique stories between our guests and Ladies & Gentlemen, Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel has already been left with so many indelible marks on the New Year of 2022!

WOW Story of the Month - January 2022

We had a long stay Russian Family with 2 kids (Alex and Uliana), staying with us for 13 nights. After their first visit to Ritz Kids, Uliana become very close to Meriem. Despite there being a language barrier, Uliana spent each day with Meriem from morning until evening.

They communicated through google translator each time! And after a few days Uliana was already so used to the day-to-day of the Ritz Kids, that she volunteered to be Meriem's helper.

Meriem realized that Uliana will be celebrating her birthday with us at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and she decided to plan a little surprise for our young guest.

She managed to prepare a Henna Tattoo for Uliana's mother at 2PM with Abeer (Recreation) and in the meantime the recreation team decorated the recreation area for Uliana's birthday! All were invited to the reception, and the family were stunned.

Not only Uliana, but her entire family were very thankful to Meriem and our Ladies & Gentlemen for going beyond what was expected. Uliana cried of happiness when she saw a birthday gift - a framed picture of Mariam and Uliana together.

First class to Meriem and Recreation team.

The family promised to come back soon next time to the Palace.
