Celebrations

First of all, please join me in celebrating the 50th edition of this newsletter. It has been a journey of building consistency, showing up when no one was there, sharing my heart and my process openly, and providing insights into the strategies and teachings that impacted me drastically.

It still blows my mind that you, as one of over 500 subscribers, have opted in to receiving my newsletter. I am so grateful for your interest, for considering ideas, and also for applying it in your life. Thank you for giving me grace when I missed a week or two. Thank you for giving me feedback and cheering me on. It means a lot to me.

As we are closing 2024 and reflecting on the past year, it is easy to get obsessed with what has not been accomplished. But I challenge you to look for every single win you can think of.

Actually, stop reading, seriously, stop for a second and think of (or better write down) all wins you made this year. Please don’t stop for at least 3 minutes. Ready, set, go!

Don’t cheat! It is really important!

I will not lie this part is challenging for me. As soon as I get to the milestone, I right away think of what is next. This tendency as a result creates burnout, dissatisfaction, maybe even resentment.

If you consistently focus on what is not working and what is wrong with you, it will not be that motivating to put in the work.

Personally, this has been a hard year emotionally requiring resilience, grit, and commitment. It also was a year of my first exclusive license taken all the way across finish line, promotion, multiple international trips that tested my personal and leadership growth, impactful transformations in key personal relationships, stepping into a mentor role and pouring into people as much as I can, visioning the team and making an impact on the energy and culture.

It has been a year of focusing on getting support from strategical to mental. It was a year of doing the internal work, letting myself fall apart and not holding back, breaking the pattern of rejecting my greatness and considering what if I do have what it takes.

It has been a year of tapping into my dreams and stopping being so numb that I have zero connection to what it is I really want.

It has been a year of allowing failure to happen instead of trying to control everything by overthinking and calculating 10 steps ahead (which is exhausting!). It was a year of being disappointed and not dying.

What is it you are present to? What challenges did you overcome? What goals did you make a progress on? How did you change from the 2023 version of you? What is there to take with you in the upcoming year?

----------

I will be back in January taking you on the journey of transformation as I embark on a new level of goals. Remember ultimately you are the one who stays between you and your dreams. Let’s get out of our own way to create the life we most desire.

P.S. If you are interested in working with me as your coach, reach out via LinkedIn messaging or via email to request a consultation. New year, new start, new you!
