A celebration of 24 years for us being in business was meant to be special! And indeed, special a night it was where Radixians across hierarchies were in the best of their spirits. Our 24th anniversary wasn’t an ordinary night; it was a celebration of impact.
With over two decades of pushing envelopes, bursting traditional rules of software development and delivering tech that transitioned 3000+ businesses with realistic results. RXConfab 2024 was a culmination of 24 years of pride with which we have redefined business goals for ourselves and our clients - #BeyondInnovation.
A Celebration of Ideologies
Since our start in 2000, we have always envisioned technology and innovation in a different light. While most businesses considered them as ends, for Radixweb, technology and innovation were always the two strong pillars that navigated business transformation and growth. That is the reason we could grow exponentially from a cost-saving centre to an equal equity partner now.??
Moving against the tide has been one of our most crucial qualities. So, right from our start, our founders realized the gap in traditional software provider relationships. Being people leaders above all, they taught us to see beyond transactional relationships and build true software partners rooted in transparency, trust, collaborative goals and mutual benefits.??

July is one such month that every Radixian awaits with bated breath. Because just how sincere we are about our work, we are equally inclined towards having fun! And Radixweb’s anniversary gala means a night filled with roars of laughter, groovy music, outstanding performances, and a DJ in the house.

And this year was no exception! From traditional performances to upbeat party grooves, comedy skits to musical charades, polished off with a live DJ session – our tech brains showed off their exceptional talents with much elan.
A Night of Recommitting to Our Commitments
After more than two decades of being in business, Experience, Transformation and Excellence stand as our kingpin values in driving all round development for our clients’ businesses. And although tech innovation stands as the base of what we do at Radixweb, we don’t consider it as the end of our responsibilities, but rather a place which opens a wide vista of possibilities for us and our clients.
Our anniversary night rightly served as a ceremony to celebrate our collaborative success over these 24 years. It also served as the platform on which every Radixian found a newer zeal to reattune themselves to the goals that our founders envision for our organization.
The celebration truly united a widely spread-out team, strengthened the spirits of oneness and made our people more deeply aware of the wider possibilities that’s opening up infront of them with another upcoming year.
For all of us at Radixweb, #BeyondInnovation isn’t a concept, but an operational ideology for the last 24 years, which we religiously follow. Guided and shaped by our people leaders, this is one ideal that has prodded an entire generation of tech brains at Radixweb to think beyond building cutting-edge solutions. We accredit all these realities made possible by our brigade of smart brains without whose passion and dedication, #BeyondInnovation would have been a failed reality. Our anniversary celebration was an acknowledgement of this true Radixian spirit, that is constantly pushing boundaries to reimagine 'innovation and beyond’.
