Together with my business partner and dear friend, Mary, we have carved out a unique niche for ourselves in the dynamic and ever-evolving biotech and AI drug discovery spaces, particularly focusing on startups and stealth mode companies.

From day one, our passion for these industries has driven us. The energy we derive from guiding young companies through building their foundational teams is nothing short of exhilarating. It's this passion that fuels our daily commitment and makes every moment at our computers an adventure.

Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of networking with a diverse group of investors, thought leaders, and key players in the global biotech community. One is tailored to help candidates navigate their career transitions, while the other is designed to guide senior leadership in building their dream teams. These presentations have proven to be incredibly effective in conveying our knowledge and strategies in a structured, impactful manner.

As we move into our second year, we are eager to expand our reach and deepen our impact. We are currently working on establishing a location in the Boston area to host a networking event.
