Celebrating a Year of Impact at Business Connect

As the year comes to a close here at Business Connect, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the progress we've made together. It's been a year of learning, collaboration, and striving to improve as a company while loving others around the world. I’m thankful for the opportunities we've had and am excited to share a few of the moments that have made 2024 such a meaningful year for us.

50%+ Year-over-Year Growth in Sales

First, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our incredible team and supportive partners for their continued dedication. Thanks to their hard work and commitment, we've seen growth in our sales this year, with a 50%+ increase compared to last year. This progress is a reflection of the effort and trust we’ve built together, not just in our products but in the relationships we've fostered with our customers. As we move forward, we remain focused on finding thoughtful solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of those we are privileged to serve.

Sales growth also means we’re able to make a greater impact, which is just as important to us. This year, we’ve been able to bring more access to safe water to communities in the global south, as well as to those exploring the outdoors. It’s a privilege to see our products make a positive difference, not only in health but also in creating opportunities for entrepreneurship through distribution. While there is still much to be done, we’re grateful for the lives touched and the progress made this year.

Expanding Our Team

As we’ve grown, we’ve been fortunate to add some wonderful new team members who are helping us continue that growth. Over the past year, we’ve been able to expand our workforce with talented individuals across several departments. Each new team member plays a vital role in supporting our efforts to scale thoughtfully and maintain the standards our customers and partners expect. We’re grateful to have them with us and look forward to the great things we can achieve together in the year ahead.

Events and Launches

This year, we had the opportunity to attend several events that led to valuable new partnerships and helped us expand different areas of our business. A few of these moments are shared below:

Battlgames - This year, Business Connect L3C and Business Connect Adventure were fortunate to partner with BattlBox and attend Battlgames. More than just a competition, Battlgames is a celebration of great products, impressive skills, and the power of collaboration.

Business Connect Adventure - This year, we introduced Business Connect Adventure, and we’ve been grateful to see it grow and develop in ways we hadn’t anticipated. It’s an exciting direction for us, one that we hope will help strengthen our relationships and encourage fresh ideas and collaboration moving forward.

Business Connect for Hygiene - Looking ahead to the new year, we’re excited to begin our work with Business Connect for Hygiene, an initiative focused on providing education and products to improve sanitation and hygiene around the world. While we know there is much to be done, we’re hopeful that this effort will contribute to better hygiene and sanitation for those who need it most.

Rotary in Singapore - This year, we had the opportunity to attend Rotary International in Singapore, marking an important step in our global outreach. It was a great chance for us to connect with others, share ideas, and explore potential partnerships with those who are also working to make a positive impact in the world of water.

Looking Ahead

Looking ahead to the new year, I’m hopeful about the direction Business Connect L3C is moving in. While we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished this year, we know there’s still much to learn and achieve. With the support of our dedicated team and a clear sense of purpose, we’re excited for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
