Celebrating the Women Who Inspire Me!

Today, on International Women's Day 2024, I find myself reflecting on the incredible women who have shaped my life and career. From mentors and colleagues to friends and family, their strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit never cease to amaze me.

I have had the privilege of working alongside many extraordinary women throughout my career. From a social experiment to the most impactful digital coaching platform, our journey has been driven by the passion, dedication, and talent of our female team members in Delenta . I'm amazed by them.

I'm fortunate to be surrounded by phenomenal women like Dhanya Gokul , Anji Perera , Namrata Raghunath , Jay Liyanagedara (Jay) Dr Naeema Pasha and many more! Their contributions are invaluable, and their dedication to excellence inspires me every single day. Their tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to excellence serve as a constant source of inspiration to me and the entire Delenta team.

But the impact women making extends far beyond Delenta. Industry research shows that companies with a higher percentage of women in leadership roles outperform their competitors. This isn't just about fairness, it's about building a stronger, more inclusive future for all of us.

These are just a few examples of the amazing women who make Delenta what it is. But their stories resonate far beyond our company walls. They represent the countless women who are breaking barriers, defying stereotypes, and shaping the world around us.

Also, I'm deeply grateful for the inspiring female coaches, entreprenuers & changemakers from around the world who're part of the Delenta community. Their diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives make our community stronger and more inclusive.

I appreciate their invaluable contributions, leadership, and dedication to co-creating a brighter future with us. It's an honour and a privilege to work alongside these exceptional women who inspire and empower others.
