Q: What do you do as a Business Analyst???

Hanima: As a Business Analyst, I’m constantly evaluating the performance of our CRM platform to give Prudential an edge in staying on top of the latest trends and implementing user feedback. My team and I work on enhancing the platform and improving the quality of experience for our financial consultants. Besides enabling them to respond faster, the platform also helps them to gain new customers, retain clients, and regain former ones. It also allows us to be more organised and efficient by automating different areas of the business and streamlining several processes.?

I face new challenges each day, which is perfect for someone who values a dynamic work environment that develops problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. ?

?Q: How does your work use tech and data to help people get the most out of life? ?

Hanima: Our CRM platform provides our financial consultants with the tools to manage customer interactions and data, allowing them to focus on addressing their customers' needs. Insurance is a data-driven industry that deals with a massive amount of information, which comes with a big responsibility to protect it. Our platform keeps customer data secure and help our financial consultants to serve customers faster and securely. ?

Hanima: A strong network of supporters is important to a woman in tech. Prudential emphasises a diverse work environment, where we collaborate, make mistakes together and learn from each other. I feel fortunate to have found my support system in my work friends.?
