This International Women's Day, embark on a transformative journey with our special offering - the Positive Intelligence 6-Week Foundation Program for Women Leaders plus 2 bonus sessions. Many women leaders experience unique challenges as a corporate leader, spouse, caregiver, community member, and/or additional roles. There are many balls in the air, leaving the best of jugglers struggling with overwhelm and uncertainty and feelings of isolation. What if they could work on the root-causes that sabotage their joy and ability to create optimal wellbeing and results? With our leadership experience and specialized mental fitness coaching, we offer a unique 8-week program especially for women in leadership based on The Positive Intelligence (PQ) Mental Fitness app which delivers personalized daily practices that strengthen the three core muscles of mental fitness. This results in lasting positive habits that improve wellbeing, boost clarity and performance, and strengthen relationships.

?? Program Details:

Duration: 8 weeks starting the week of April 15, 2024

Facilitators: Jamie Davidoff & Colleen Lewis

Group size: Limited to 8 participants

Special Women's History Month Offer: $1,600 plus GST per person

Offer valid for registrations completed during the month of March 2024

Time investment:

  • Live Sessions: 8 - 45-minute, weekly pod sessions (by Zoom)
  • Daily Practice: 15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to build stronger mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.
  • Weekly Focus: Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.
  • Community Support: We help you establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
