?We were honored to feature some of the extraordinary women in our company throughout the month of March.

It has been enlightening to hear the stories, challenges, and successes of women who embody the best of our professional community. Thank you to all the Huber women who shared their experiences with us!

?Monika, Finance Manager at Matecsa ?since May 2023, appreciates Huber’s commitment to “focusing on profitable growth and at the same time seeking balance to support people, business partners and protecting the environment.” According to her, the most interesting and exciting part of working at Huber is “helping the integration of the local team into a multinational organization.”

She firmly believes that “Ethical Behavior is the cornerstone of cooperation between people and companies,” emphasizing the importance of integrity in all business interactions. Monika also holds the view that “a company that chooses Ethical Behavior as one of its Principles can be successful in business and at the same time develop and keep loyal employees who can be proud of the company they work for.”

Elisangela Melo, Administrative Coordinator?????

Elisangela Melo, Administrative Coordinator at Biolchim? Brazil[WT1]?, manages a team of five women who, in her words, "work harmoniously and with efficiency." What she values most about her life at Huber is that “No matter your position inside the company, it’s fundamental to always keep a respectful behavior.” Elisangela strives to embody this Principle in her daily work by being respectful and a team player, stating, “Understanding the differences and needs of each person, we can deliver a good result in the process, inside and outside the company, helping customers with maximum efficiency and priority.”

Moreover, Elisangela adds, “I believe that caring for people and the environment is fundamental to build a better world for us and our children.”

Daniela Casu, Operator

Huber AgroSolutions — Medicina, Italy

Daniela has been a line operator at Biolchim for 15 years. She emphasizes her commitment to collaborating with her colleagues in a cross-functional manner. “The important thing is to achieve results as a team, and this mindset has been immediately evident to me at Huber,” she said. “I really enjoy working at Huber because I see that Huber is committed to provide equal opportunities to women also in the production department. The company is committed to making hiring decisions fairly and justly, which is important to me. It's great to know that I work in an environment that values women and recognizes what we can offer,” she continues.
