Here at Carden Park, we believe in celebrating and championing our incredible staff. For International Women’s Day, we’re shining the spotlight on the incredible women in our team. Making up 56% of our workforce, our female staff members show their dedication, passion and talent for creating memorable moments for our guests.

From our talented spa therapists creating relaxing experiences to our guests, to our meticulous housekeeping team who ensure every pillow is fluffed and everywhere is pristine. From our waiting on and event staff delivering service with style (and a smile), to our sales, reservations and marketing teams working diligently behind the scenes ensuring everything runs smoothly. And we can’t forget our culinary queens, the female chefs whipping up incredible dishes for all of our guests to enjoy.

Oh, and did we mention our female apprentice, Zoe, in the maintenance team? Zoe is smashing stereotypes and proving that absolutely no area is off-limits. And Emma and Poppy working golf, both deliver terrific service to our golfers every day. Whether its helping guests plan unforgettable golf breaks or ensuring seamless tee times, they’re proving outstanding hospitality is what truly makes a difference on and off the course.
