As an MBA graduate in agribusiness management, I've always had a deep passion for agriculture. Joining the Sales and Marketing Department (Field Crop) at ACSEN Agriscience was not just a professional choice but a personal commitment to contribute to sustainable agricultural practices.?

Challenges in a male-dominated industry have fuelled my drive for growth and innovation. With a keen eye for market development and product promotion, I identified the potential for advancement within agri-sales. My journey was solidified during a summer internship at a renowned MNC pesticides group, where my exceptional work in sales and business development earned me well-deserved recognition.?

One standout moment in my journey at ACSEN was the initiation of an innovative marketing strategy and product promotion in a new territory. My strategic approach to target niche agricultural communities and distributors showcased not only my adaptability but also my keen understanding of regional nuances. The decision to start from scratch in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, required meticulous planning and innovative techniques, including creating a localized Facebook page to connect with local dealers and farmers.?

My suggestions weren't just heard; they were integrated into the decision-making process, illustrating a workplace culture that values contributions irrespective of gender. This experience empowered me, reinforcing a sense of belonging within the company and motivating me to continue making impactful contributions to the organization's success.?
