CELEBRATING TWO YEARS OF BUSINESS GROWTH IN CANADA

September 2018 marked two years since Young Guns launched into Canada from Australian shores. Managing Director of Young Guns, Scott Young, took the opportunity to visit Toronto and Vancouver and connect with our growing leadership team.

Scott spent quality time with our senior team to get to really know the ins and outs of how the business is travelling - with the intention of building a five-year strategy off the back of it. We then worked together to start mapping out an exciting road-map for our Canadian arm.

As part of Scott's visit, we met with the Director of Distribution for one of our key strategic partners in North America. We talked about our partnership into the North American market and how we can be innovating together to best service the customer.

It really was a chance to reflect on where we have come from and where we are going to, moving forward. There has been a lot of hard work over the past two years to make a name for ourselves in Canada and Scott's visit reinforced our exciting future in this market. As part of this, we're currently reviewing our entry into the US - ensuring we're in the strongest position in Canada before expanding further.

1. Scott's visit also involved meeting Senior Operations Coach, Andre Lesur (pictured above) and his lovely family for the first time, as well as catching up with old Young Gun Darren Campbell (pictured below) ?who left the business in Australia and came back to the team in Canada.

It's always a humbling time to take a moment to appreciate the great people we have working in this business and mark this two-year milestone with a beer with the lads who have taken us there.
