I am delighted to take a moment to honor and celebrate the remarkable contributions of Tim Rose, an international Chartered #Director, Non-Executive Director of high net worth organizations, and a #Fintech Startup & Senior Technical Adviser on SME Donor programmes, among his many other notable roles. Tim's unwavering dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence have left an indelible mark on the global business landscape.

I had the privilege of crossing paths with Tim during the prestigious World Bank Growth & Employment (GEM) project, where he served as the international Business Development Services (#BDS) expert. Tim's pivotal role involved training, supervising, hand-holding, and coaching a select group of #Nigerian #consultants who had successfully navigated a rigorous selection process to become part of this highly competitive project. My firm #Leapworld Limited?happened to be one of the those highly rated World Bank trained and certified BDS firms, and I as the project team lead, and that was how I met Tim. I later on his gracious invitation worked with him on the #UKAid/Mafita/#SMEDAN #BDSP certification project, an opportunity that further enriched my professional journey.?

#TimRose has been of immense support to me and my organization, and by extension my network, and the business ecosystem. Tim's guidance, #mentorship, and unwavering support have made a profound impact on my career and personal growth. His wisdom, combined with his deep-rooted faith and love for #God, has been a beacon of #inspiration that continues to uplift and empower individuals and #organizations alike.

As a Senior Technical Advisor for the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment on the #WorldBank funded #GEM project, Tim played a pivotal role in advancing firm growth and employment within the country. The project's primary focus was on nurturing "high growth potential" micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (#MSMEs) across various sectors, including ICT, entertainment, light manufacturing, construction, tourism, and hospitality. Under Tim's #leadership, a comprehensive training curriculum and implementation framework were meticulously crafted, enabling business advisors to elevate their expertise and provide exceptional advisory services. This innovative approach, fueled by the "#BDS Toolkit," seamlessly integrated theory, best practices, and real-world solutions, cementing Tim's significant contributions to the Nigerian business development support consulting space at all levels.

Tim's influence extends far beyond his professional endeavors. His profound commitment to sharing knowledge and uplifting others was showcased when he graced the stage as a guest speaker at our organization's #unmsmeday?program in 2022. Tomorrow, on Thursday, 6th July 2023, we are honored to have Tim join us once again as we commemorate this year's event #unmsmeday2023. We eagerly anticipate his unparalleled insights, which will undoubtedly enrich our knowledge bases and fortify our confidence.

On this special occasion, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Tim for his invaluable support, friendship, and guidance. His unwavering dedication to fostering growth and transformation has made an immeasurable impact on countless lives, including mine. I had a catch up with Tim earlier in the week, and in his usual manner blessed me tremendously. my knowledge base highly enriched, and confidence boosted.
