Celebrating Success: Our Speed Mentoring Session on July 15th!

On July 15th, we hosted an exhilarating speed mentoring session that brought together 10 incredible mentors and 30 enthusiastic mentees. Structured as three 1:1 sessions, this event was a phenomenal success! ??

Aptly named “Odyssey,” this was one of the first of many future mentoring events planned by DT Wings, the D&I chapter of DTICI. With both mentors and mentees approaching the sessions with an open mind and a focus on listening, the event led to some amazing conversations. This session was a testament to the power of connection, guidance, and mutual growth.

We are thrilled with how well our first pilot program went and are excited for the future of this mentoring initiative. Many of the connections formed during this event are set to last well beyond the session, paving the way for continued collaboration and support. We look forward to expanding this program to reach even more people in the future.
