I wanted to share a heartwarming and unique incident that recently occurred during the replacement of VFN hospital's PET/CT system. Our valued customer went so far as to organize a "funeral" for the old device, a testament to the incredible relationships we have fostered and the exceptional service our team consistently delivers.

This remarkable event underscores the depth of trust and confidence our customers have in our team's expertise and commitment. It reaffirms that our efforts to provide top-notch service have not gone unnoticed, and our dedication to exceeding expectations is yielding incredible results.

Our technicians, in particular, have played a pivotal role in this achievement. Their unwavering dedication to maintaining and caring for our devices, their problem-solving abilities, and their willingness to go above and beyond have been instrumental. Our service team hard work and technical prowess are the backbone of our success. We have to especially thank Radek Micka at this point, because this is "his" customer.

When we will finish replacement for new PET/CT Discovery MI Gen2 system, I am confident that our strong customer relations will continue to flourish. The foundation we've established, built on trust, reliability, and outstanding service, will be a guiding light as we move forward.
