A big congratulations to Team Comeback from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research , Mumbai, as well for emerging as the runners-up. Both teams showcased their brilliance and earned a spot in the coveted Cummins mentorship program.

Rewinding to the start of this exhilarating finale, the six finalist teams arrived in Pune for two days of learning, innovation, and healthy competition. The first day was all about embracing the Cummins' legacy through an insightly tour of our state-of-the-art facilities, including the Cummins Technical Center India and the Kothrud Engine Plant. The leadership sessions, led by Shirish Bhide and Kavita Kaushik , were inspiring and offered a deeper understanding of our manufacturing and operations in India.?
