Our world is craving for humanity (trust, respect, communication, commitment, reliability, humour, equal opportunity and love, not money). There can be no sustained profitability or even real profitability, until this basic is met.

?We know we have grown when we find joy, peace, freedom, opportunity, deep gratitude ?and adventure in every situation.

Do your work with utmost integrity and let others do their work. There is enough deprofessionalization around us anyways. We don’t need more of that.?

?There’s more to life than what meets the eye.

?There are enough and more people with good intentions.

?One door is closing because a better one is opening. I have seen this repeatedly in my personal and professional life. Along the way you will learn to trust the process. Anxiety will turn into excitement and curiosity.?

?The returns on your contributions and commitment will come back to you from different channels. May not always be from your direction of expression and commitment. But they will, and manifold.?This is a reliable principle of nature.?

?Keep reading, learning and sharing. This is yet another master key.

?Find your movement. I found yoga and running.

?Every adversity is an opportunity to grow. I have watched myself repeatedly grow (exponentially) in every aspect - professionally, personally and financially after every dip.

?Celebrate your losses too because they are actually a sign of big wins coming your way. Look up and be patient through the process.

?There are cycles and nothing lasts forever.

?Enjoy the journey. I am still pleasantly surprised by the ability of the human mind and body to adapt. I love this!

?Die Empty! - If something is troubling you, reflect on it, find your centre and calmly speak your truth.?

?All recessions are a result of deprofessionalization, empty transactions, lack of clarity, greed, impatience, dehumanization and superficiality.
