Celebrating The Small Moments
One might say that there might not be much to celebrate now as the sky seems to be falling all around us. BUT, I think the small moments of celebrating is what keeps us sane and grounded.
What do you have to celebrate? Favorite food for Sunday dinner; found $10.00 in your winter coat pocket; the little one finally did go tinkle in the potty; your self-performance review makes you really proud; there is enough money to buy that present for someone special; the warehouse store had a great deal on that product you wanted; the car started on the first try.
Everyday happenings can be celebrations because you are aware and appreciate them. Celebrating and being grateful shift our energy to the positive and when positive, we can be stronger and more hopeful.
