Celebrating the Residents Who Call Morgan Properties Home

At @Morgan Properties, our residents are family. And just like with any family member, it's important to show our appreciation. That's why every September, across hundreds of our properties nationwide, we organize MORE Appreciation resident events to thank the people who call our communities home. These events foster a strong sense of belonging and further demonstrate our commitment to our residents.

During this time, our national portfolio comes alive with unique events. From food trucks and outdoor movie nights to family-friendly games and pet-friendly treats, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Beyond the fun, these events are an excellent way to strengthen our relationships with residents and introduce them to their neighbors. As a special thank you, Morgan Properties also offers residents in good standing the chance to win a $500 rent credit, adding even more excitement to the celebrations.

This year, Woodview at Marlton and Nieuw Amsterdam Apartment Homes in Marlton, New Jersey, were thrilled to express gratitude to over 170 residents with ice cream cones, sundaes and milkshakes, face painting, balloon animals, and live music. The days were filled with lots of laughter and surprises.

Although the way we celebrate MORE Appreciation changes each year, the mission remains the same: to enrich our residents’ lives, build community, and provide a place they’re proud to call home. For me, that’s the most rewarding part of being in property management – seeing the smiles on residents' faces and knowing our teams have had a positive impact on their living experience.
